The Two-Section Ladder
A heavy-duty strong ladder with steel support catches. A steel guide arm ensures that the ladder is set at the correct and safe angle when in use. This feature also assists in stowing the ladder away in the loft.

The AluFix Ladder
A strong and extremely rigid ladder. This ladder is designed and made in Sweden from high-quality aluminium. It is particularly useful for loft openings where there is little or no clearance for any of the conventional ladders.
It opens and closes with a beautifully easy action and feels very safe as you step up and down even with heavy loads.

The Easy Step Loft Stairway
A solid and easy to use timber ladder. One of the highest quality ladders on the market, it is well constructed and designed to be light to operate - with the help of a spring system on the loft door - but at no cost to the overall strength.
It is an ideal solution when there is little clearance in the loft, where the user is not confident on ladders or where the loft is used on a regular basis. The door is insulated and sealed to prevent draughts and heat loss, and is laminated in a matt white finish to blend with existing decor.

Enlarging a Loft Hatch
Occasionally an existing loft opening is not large enough to allow sensible access to the loft. Although an opening may be large enough to get small boxes through, once a ladder has been installed the opening will be reduced in size making it difficult to physically get yourself or belongings through. Most openings can be enlarged to allow easier access. The alteration to the timber frame supporting the existing hatch is completely reinforced and strengthened. It is then refinished with planed timber, new architraves, draft stops and finally a new door.

Insulation Packing Joists
The current government recommended thickness for loft insulation is 270mm. This is cross-laid using 100mm and 170mm insulation at right-angles to each other. The problem with this is the 170mm covers the joist and makes storage and walking in the loft impossible.
We have developed a product enabling customers to maintain there insulating barrier and store safely within there loft space. We are able to install new floor joists above your existing joists to accommodate the recommended 270mm of insulation.

Loft Insulation
Everyone knows that heat rises. But did you know that a further 25 per cent of your heating costs could be escaping through your roof.
Loft insulation is a most efficient way of reducing your heating bills and keeping your home warm. It is one of the easiest and most cost effective ways of improving the energy efficiency of your home. The current government recommendations are that loft insulation should be 270mm deep. We recommend a minimum of 100mm of insulation under loft flooring.

Internal Loft Lining
Some lofts are draughty, dusty or have no felt under the tiles. As a result dust and grit can make loft storage a problem and can often leave belongings covered in a thick layer of dust.
A special breathable membrane has been developed to overcome this problem. It is a sheeting material with thousands of tiny perforations. The perforations are small enough to prevent the dust and grit from penetrating the loft but large enough to allow adequate ventilation into the loft space. We can completely line the underside of your roof trusses making a clean dry area to store your belongings.

The Metal Spiral Stair

The SpaceSaver Stair
A unique solution to stairs where space is limited. It is an open staircase with varnished and polished beech finish wooden steps which add a touch of finesse.
The ingenious design of the steps, with alternate cut-aways, allows a steep stair that doesn't actually feel steep to climb. The steps can be fitted either way round to allow the handrail to be fitted to the left or the right.
